Stallholders

General Information

Stallholder vehicle access is available between 8:30 and 11:00 to set up – vehicles are not permitted on the event site between 11:00 and 18:00.

Stallholders may depart from 18:00, vehicles should be escorted by an AMCE steward.

All stall pitches are 3 x 3 metres and allocated by AMCE in advance. Costs for 2026 are:

£15 – book and pay by 31 Jan 2026 (refundable up 24 April 2026).
£25 – book and pay by 31 March 2026 (refundable up 24 April 2026).
£25 – book and pay after 1 April 2026 (non-fundable).

No power or water supplies are available to the stallholder pitches.

Stallholders must provide their own equipment such as gazebo, tables, chairs and flooring (if required).

Stallholders are responsible for their own insurance, food hygiene, products, transport and containment.

Food Sales

Any stalls selling food must display a current Food Hygiene Certificate.

You can sell fruit, vegetables, jams, preserves, chutney, pickles, cheese, sweets, crisps, chocolates, uncooked food products such as meat.

You can’t sell drinks of any kind, including: tea, coffee, alcohol, soft drinks, carbonated drinks, energy drinks and water.

You can’t sell food for immediate consumption, including: sandwiches, pies, sausage rolls, pastries, pasties, cakes, tray-bakes, biscuits, brownies, flapjacks and any hot food.
